Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Rates

• Orders above KES 5,000 — Free Standard Shipping
• Orders below KES 5,000 — KES 499 flat rate

Delivery Timeframes Standard Shipping (Sea Freight): 3-6 weeks from dispatch date.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided for all orders once dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

International Orders We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes levied by their country.
