Eligibility

We accept refund requests under the following circumstances only:

  • You received the wrong item (different from what was ordered)
  • Your order was not received within the estimated delivery window
  • Your item arrived damaged due to shipping (subject to verification)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear
  • Delays caused by customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control

How to Request a Refund

Wrong Item Received We will verify your claim against the order. If confirmed, you may be required to return the item before a refund is processed, or we may issue a refund or replacement without return depending on the situation.

Item Not Received If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner. If the order is confirmed lost, a full refund will be issued.

Damaged Item Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo or video evidence of both the damaged item and its original packaging. Damage must be visibly consistent with shipping mishandling. We reserve the right to assess each claim individually and may decline requests where evidence is insufficient or inconsistent with shipping-related damage.

Refund Method All approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
